All of our orders placed in the continental United States are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail unless other shipping methods are requested. If requested buyer to pay additional costs accrued.
 

International orders will be charged as needed to cover additional shipping charges outside of the United States.

Each item we use in creating keepsakes must meet our high standards of quality, durability, and function. Our skilled production team then custom produces your order keeping the customer's demanding standards in mind.

However, if you are at all dissatisfied with your order, Mirror Images will gladly provide a credit, full refund, or exchange of your product. Return orders must be shipped within 10 days, unwashed, and received with an explanation of the problem before exchange or refund is granted. Customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with returning products to Colorado Mirror Images.
